TOWN COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING

MINUTES

OCTOBER 19, 2009

6:45 P.M.

The meeting was called to order at 6:45 P.M. by Mayor Marasco. Vice Mayor Arnold led the Pledge of Allegiance and Councilman Spruill gave the Invocation,

Mayor Marasco, Vice Mayor Arnold, Secretary Williams, and Councilmen Spruill and Witt were in attendance,

Motion to adopt agenda by Mr. Spruill seconded by Mr. Arnold.

A total of seven (7) bids were received for the 2004 Dodge Intrepid. They were as follows:

Bid  1              Dan Creech                 $ 2300.
Bid  2              Walter Zettlemoyer     $ 2610.
Bid  3              Winchester                  $ 1500
Bid  4              Karen Cristofelt          $ 2511
Bid  5              Holland Woodsell       $ 2500
Bid  6              John A.                        $ 1500
Bid  7              Wheelers Storage        $ 2184.60

A motion was made by Mr Arnold, seconded by Mr Witt to accept Bid # 2 given by Walter Zettlemoyer in the amount of $ 2,610.00.  All council was in favor.

A  Motion was made by Mr. Arnold, seconded by Ms Williams to adjourn at 6:55 P.M.
